Nature's Canvas Mushroom Art by Darin Bavis - New Brunswick Canada

thanks for the free gift - I would many times find and gather the mushrooms and drop them off for him from the woods ...  out and about ... he showed his appreciation by giving me a free one! Sailboat, three birds, a lighthouse and forest by the coast... I love it... thanks so much Darin!

A very talented New Brunswick man.

Darin Bavis

February 6
Kerri and I are planning the second leg of our sailing adventure from Newfoundland home to New Brunswick.
Last summer we spent 6 weeks sailing our 37 foot steel ketch named Less is More on the north west coast of Newfoundland and the south shore of Labrador. Unbelievable experience.
After having some engine issues we pulled the boat out in Port Saunders, Newfoundland
We are returning this summer and plan on sailing her home to New Brunswick where we plan to offer her for charter.
In an effort to raise funds for this trip, Darin has custom made a limited number of his popular hand carved piano keys.
These keys are made of ivory and have been up cycled from a 130 year old piano.
Each one is uniquely hand carved with an image inspired by our travels. Darin then adds black ink to the carving. Scrimshaw is an old art from the Whaling days. Since whale bones are rare I use ivory piano keys. Each one has its own story to tell.
Each one comes framed and available for $75 tax included
Just message me and tell me which one you like and I will arrange to have it shipped to your door. Shipping charges apply.
Thank you for the support and we hope everyone is staying happy and healthy.
