Tantramar reporting on FCM Ottawa conference.. Town Councillor Bruce Phinney, 70, is a a retired 40+ yr worker at Mount Allison University .. Phinney is 20+ yr Town Councillor says that he has told long time Beausejour MP Liberal Dominic Leblanc that he wants to be a Senator in Ottawa... Phinney ran for MLA in Tantramar in 2024 for the Higgs' Conservative government but lost to Green MLA Megan Mitton.
