If you are thinking of becoming a new member, you can contact Sussex Co-op . We will provide you with the information that you need to get started.
The cost is $20/ plus HST and expires at the end of October every year. Membership can be renewed at our country store. Members are investing in their member-owned co-operative and can now buy shares.
Why Do We Pay Yearly for Sussex Agricultural Co-Operative 1841 Ltd?
Your agricultural society predates the co-operative movement (1855). Sussex was established in 1841 and the original by-laws states an annual membership is to be paid on a yearly basis.
Investing in Your Co-operative as a Member Shareholder – now more important than ever.
Our shares are $50.00 each and a one-time purchase. The minimum to purchase is 1 with a maximum of 100.
