Multiple decades of team leadership and service experience within the public and private sector have enabled me to grow as a leader who is committed to supporting, encouraging and empowering others in order to reach their full potential.

I am a former Dean of Students and Adjunct Professor who is creative, service driven, and a professional team player. I perform well within environments of high volume and stress, possess a strong work ethic, am highly motivated, and enjoy critical thinking and problem-solving.

Community building, inclusion, accessibility, and collaboration are very important to me and shape how I navigate this world. My passion lies in mentoring young leaders, helping others develop healthy collaborative relationships and environments, and encouraging others to experience the positive, life-changing impact of skateboarding.

I am an active skateboarder and Co-Founder of Tigers Skate Club, an Edmonton-based not-for-profit skateboarding community group dedicated to breaking down barriers to participation for girls, women, and gender expansive skaters through events, programming, and mentorship."
