2019 OLA Property Rights Conference
We are very excited to announce that Tom DeWeese will be our guest speaker at our Property Rights Conference which will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2019 in beautiful downtown Arnprior.
As many of you know, Tom DeWeese is the founder of the American Policy Centre (APC)www.americanpolicy.org. Located in suburban Washington, D.C., the APC has developed a wide range of programs designed to enhance national awareness of crucial global and domestic developments. In particular, APC focuses on the issues of environmental policy and its effect on private property rights; national federal computer data banks and their effect on individual privacy rights; the United Nations and its effect on American national sovereignty; and federal education policy and its effect on local schools and parental rights.
Sound familiar? We face the same challenges here in Canada.
Come to the Conference and meet Tom DeWeese, pick up a copy of his book “Sustainability”, hear his thoughts on UN Agenda 2021/2030 and other government programs and policies implemented through local municipalities. These programs and policies infringe on property rights and impact future development in rural areas.
The Conference will be held at the Arnprior Quality Inn, 70 Madawaska Blvd, Arnprior, ON. The conference room is on the second floor: access is by stairway only. There is no elevator to the second floor.
Registration for the Conference is from 11 AM to 1 PM. The meeting starts at 1 PM with welcoming remarks from our President, Jeff Bogaerts, a presentation and Q&A session with Mr. DeWeese and dinner with Landowners from across Ontario. The meeting closes at 7 PM.
Early bird tickets (until September 30) are $45 per person. Full price, starting October 1st is $60 per person.
Don’t be disappointed! Space is limited.
