The 10th annual Hemp History Week video Return of the Plant! celebrates one decade of successful campaigning that has educated consumers, farmers and policy makers, spurred market growth for hemp products in the U.S., and catalyzed the federal legalization of hemp farming under the 2018 Farm Bill.
