Why is there a veil of secrecy around arrest of RCMP DIR/GEN Cameron Jay Ortis, who was arrested 3 weeks ago & made a 4th appearance via video link from a Ottawa jail? Sole purpose of arrest is to keep the RCMP too busy to investigate PMO & Justin Trudeau for obstructing justice.
