I've seen Frank's book promoted at "Council of European Canadians" a website that also promotes "Free Bird Media" with Alex van Hamme.
I've listened to Frank's various interviews on youtube with Red Ice TV , among others, before the Red Ice TV channel was deleted by youtube last year.
I've spoken to Frank by telephone and keep in touch with him by email and will report if the book is removed from Amazon [which Frank expects to happen].
