Does a door on your home that is locked also symbolize a border Harsha?
The border is everywhere; internalized to capture migrants & quell rebellion from Portland to Standing Rock, and externalized to interdict refugees at sea and enforce borders far from territorial borders.
And every place they extend into, borders and border agents are murderous.
