Elected Mayor in 2016, he would have finished his term this spring 2020.. but he has stayed on and makes youtube video to terrorize the general public. John Higham never had a Facebook page to interact with the public during his 2016-2020 term, nor did he have a Twitter account... he did, however, push for the town's "Climate Action Plan" and "Sustainable Sackville" plan in an earlier term as a town councillor.. he is a useful idiot for UN Agenda 2030. #OK, boomer.
These petty tyrants are destructive to society.
