Right after the publication of the 911 tapes story, H Division RCMP "actually sent out an internal memo to the members of their Division that they should 'refrain' from 'reviewing the article or its recordings as they are sensitive and could be triggering'."
In Pete's view, "the RCMP have become professional apostles of apology and proponents of the theory that everyone is a victim– even them."
