The most accurate definition of the United States -after 1945- is the United Nations is doing business as the United States. The United States is a costume, a mask, a corporation, that the United Nations wears. The United States is a UN Member-Nation de facto Corporate Franchise. It manages the 57 Federal State Franchises and the separate 50 Incorporated State Franchises.
The base level Legal presence appears to be the Birth Certificate which enters people into the legal slavery control matrix of the United Nations.
The United States is merely a United Nations corporation -with no more power nor authority than Walmart, Kmart, McDonalds, or Federal Express.

There is so much knowledge there and truth to be told that it's difficult to stay laser focused on the "story ark." There are many starting and ending points to document what really is going on.
eg. Julian Assange. As an australian is protected from US law and jurisdiction by Amendment 11. If you don't know Amendment 11 i suggest you go read it. (as a natural human being, you are foreign to their legal fiction if you do not consent and do your damnest to stop all presumption of contract, and thus Amendment 11 applies to you when without "legal presence" int'l legal personality). It makes sense that foreigners can't be tried in domestic courts because a jury of foreign peers cannot be called, there is no jurisdiction to call a jury of foreign peers.
However, if Julian is a UN National, US Citizens are also UN Nationals, then UN Nationals are NOT foreign as everything UN is "domestic" globally. "US Citizens" would be a jury of UN National peers for Julian Assange. UN Nationals cannot be considered "foreign citizens" to other UN Nationals.
I'd also like to do a few videos on solutions. Taking possession of their legal person for you via Power of Attorney. Why it's important to have identity papers outside their legal fiction that are lawful esp as Attorney-In-Fact for the legal "person". We need a way to identify ourselves without their legal fiction.
Common Law ID is great and _should_ be acceptable for TSA@airports to get on planes. and we need to take TSA to account/"court?" if/when they deny us access to air travel. Another solution that i personally love is being a self governing World citizen at the World Government of World Citizens run by the World Service Authority. https://worldcitizengov.org Get applied, get a b-cert that YOU own, get an ID and passport. we make our children world citizens as well. Use the world citizen ID as much as you believe you can and should. Study the UN UDHR and how is being used against us to take our natural rights away for the profit and enrichment of the UN.
I also used my oath and affirmation to the World Government of World Citizens (an oath to be Present!!! how simple is that? it's the high point of being buddhist/daoist) as an expatriating act to relinquish their US Citizenship (legal identity). From there, the US Dept of State would need to be informed of the expatriating act of relinquishment. If you want to do research on how to expat, look at IRS Form 8854 Instructions p1 and p2. They will tell you exactly the procedure you should follow to "relinquish your legal presence 'person' that represents [physical] you in their [legally fictitious] system".
in short- 4 steps: Expatriating act, letter for notice of expat act to US DoS, DHS Form I-407, and IRS Form 8854. This will get the legal name listed in the Federal Register (which is the bible of federal law). a notice in the Federal Register is explicit proof (admissible in "court") that you have Amendment 11 protection from abusive US "Courts." Of course... If they operated on the US Constitution as a UN Member-State. we can play on their appearance of constitutionality, so we have that
