Gareth Barrett a.k.a. Gareth Edward Barret a.k.a. Gar Bar Sifu, a.k.a. Frank ? claimed in May-September 2020 to be engaged by Evelyn Rothschild to be Joseph Gregory Hallett's "Personal Bodyguard" although Gareth lived 2-3 hours drive away rendering this an impossibility.
Gareth Barret was to "defame Greg Hallett" in exchange for £90,000 - to buy a secondhand 'Westminster' - 'Discovery 4 Armoured' for £27,000.
Part of this 'Frauds using Fraudsters to Tell the Truth' was to supply a bullettproof vest (as worn), and Identification as the King of England (as shown).
Gareth Barret defamed Joseph Gregory Hallett on social media around September 2020.
Hallett could have done something about it, but decided instead to let it play out.
Gareth Barrett was then charged with fraud and sent to prison for 21 months (14 April 2022-14 January 2024) and Evelyn Rothschild died on 7 November 2022, 2 months-minus-a-day after Queen Elizabeth II on 8 September 2022. "2 months-minus-a-day" is suspicious for a hit. Evelyn died of a stroke.
