Ted Morton resigns to seek Tory Leadership

Ted Morton, Alberta's finance minister has stepped down to take a run at the Premier's job. Retiring Premier Ed Stelmach made the announcement, in part, to quell speculation of a caucus revolt over the upcoming budget. A budget that will now be presented by lloyd Snelgrove, instead of Morton. Here is some of the comments made at the unusual campaign kick-off.
