"Ever wonder about the organizations involved in population control? (While a few might operate under different names), this includes: BC, AB, SK, MB, NS, NB, NL, and at least part of ON. Presumably, the charity structure makes it easier to get donations, as the public will be picking up the tab for nearly half of it. They also get a substantial amount of funding from private and "other" sources.
