Nicholas Jordan Wagter is being held in Vancouver General Hospital against his will.. why?

He had visited Vancouver Liberal MP Taleeb Noormohamed's office with written concerns..

the video on Instagram shows him being "certified" by police in his car.. and locked up.

His MP Taleeb is the first muslim MP elected in British Columbia.

He is a recipient of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal 2013
