"A key part of her creative legacy is ‘The House That Pinterest Built’, a rustic brick mansion in Sullivan Canyon that Diane spent eight years renovating. In March 2025, the Hollywood star put the iconic property on the market, before it was delisted just weeks before her passing on October 11, 2025, according to realtor.com. Months later, the property was relisted once more with a price tag of US$27 million ($38.6 million).
Now, more than a year on from Diane’s passing, the iconic property has finally sold, and while the sale price is unknown, the most recent listing came with a reduced asking price of US$22.9 million ($32.7 million)."
