ESTABLISHED MICROBIOLOGIST with nearly 20 years of expertise in DIAGNOSTICS and molecular epidemiology with a proven track record including >30 PEER-REVIEWED PUBLICATIONS, Guest Editor of MDPI biomedicines, and have secured over $1M in scientific funding through project and equipment grants.

Actively engaged in and focused on TRANSLATIONAL SCIENCE (i.e., using basic scientific research toward a clinical application) to ensure practical outcomes with benefit to people in need.
