Brian Gallant, K.C., is the CEO of Space Canada. He is a business executive, thought leader, and he was the 33rd Premier of New Brunswick.
Brian is a Special Advisor to the President of Ontario Tech University. He also frequently provides business and political analysis as a media commentator.
In addition to serving as Premier of New Brunswick, Brian was the Attorney General, the Minister responsible for Innovation, and the Minister responsible for Women’s Equality. In 2018, he led his Premier colleagues as the Chair of the Council of the Federation.
Prior to elected office, Brian practiced corporate commercial law. He has university degrees in business and law from the Université de Moncton as well as a Master of Laws from McGill University.
Brian is the co-author of a major research report linking profit with purpose entitled Canadian Voices on the Role of Business in Society.
Brian is supportive of many causes and initiatives as a member of several boards of directors including the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, the Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, the Canadian Olympic Foundation, and the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre."

Dan Winter’s background is as multi-faceted as his viewpoint. Graduating with honors from the University of Detroit, Dan pursued graduate studies in psycho physiology and the origin of languages. In addition to his academic background, he has worked as a Systems Analyst with IBM, an industrial metallurgist and crystallographer. He has undertaken many diverse studies, from quantum physics to modeling at the MIT space lab to developing the early biofeedback prototype equipment as Dr. Albert Axe’s protege. Widely traveled, Dan has sojourned to study at the Gurdjieff School of sacred gymnastics, in Florence with Buckminster Fuller, the Gizah pyramids, Israel, the Andes and at Findhorn.

Review of universal physics of the vacuum as charge super fluid- whose distribution efficiency ultimately depends fractal conjugation. Visual evidence of fractality as key to gravity, hydrogen, alchemy, and examples of implementation in various zero point technologies. Introduction to longitudinal emf- the only mechanism for neg entropy, over unity, gravity, and all action at a distance. Why zero point energies always affect gravity- and why free energy is the wrong term. Why zero point energy could never be understood in principle until first learning why an object falls to the ground; because the fractal symmetry source of the charge acceleration named the gravity – is ultimately also the charge inertia measured as output energy. How proving the fractal structure of hydrogen reveals the very nature of zero point energy: the zero point (Planck) is always only accessed by the compressive longitudinal emf component arriving efficiently only on the phase conjugate cone vortex.
