Megan Mitton Green Tantramar MLA on Facebook Seeks to Protect Children from AI Chatbots etc.

"Megan Mitton

1d

Many parents, teachers, and mental health professionals, myself included, are deeply worried about generations growing up inside algorithms, AI systems, and platforms like ChatGPT, all while fueling tech billionaires whose profits depend on addiction, extraction, and maximizing engagement at any cost.
It is frightening how little urgency there is around the long-term impacts already unfolding in mental health, attention spans, cognitive development, and our ability to meaningfully connect as human beings. Governments must stop normalizing this, and I will continue pushing for stronger regulations, clearer parameters & protections for youth in New Brunswick."

The New Wark Times - Megan Mitton Green MLA for Tantramar since 2018 - Wheaton Covered Bridge Closure

At this link:

MLA Mitton presses province on road tolls, health care and fate of Wheaton Covered Bridge |

"Mitton said the provincial department of transportation and infrastructure (DTI) is planning to move ahead this year with the construction of a bridge so that farm and emergency vehicles could cross the Tantramar River on the High Marsh Road.

The new structure would replace the Wheaton Covered Bridge which was closed to traffic in 2024 for safety reasons. After the new bridge is built, the Wheaton bridge would be restored for pedestrian and bicycle crossings.

But later, Tantramar Heritage Trust Past President Logan Atkinson said he feared that time had run out for the 110-year-old covered bridge and that farmers would now lose another year waiting for construction of a newer one beside it.

“I don’t think they would put up with that,” he said, “so that means that the only outcome has to be taking the [covered] bridge down.”

Mitton replied that she spoke to DTI Minister Chuck Chiasson last week who said officials had been trying to reach the owner of the land where the new bridge would go.

“The soil may be an issue in terms of what’s possible to build there,” she said, adding that in order to get environmental approvals, there would need to be an archeological investigation to determine if there are Indigenous artefacts there."

"Jolicure resident Thaddeus Holownia said the province hasn't paid much attention to the bridge in recent years.

"It's been decades since anything's happened here," said Holownia.

"Aren't these heritage buildings around the province? Isn't this a major tourism attraction, that people come and go through all the covered bridges in New Brunswick?"

Holownia said the bridge is often the most "direct" route for people in the area.

He's also concerned about what the closure will mean for farmers in the area who rely on the bridge to transport hay and other crops."

"Only 58 covered bridges remain

Back in the 1950s, New Brunswick had 340 covered bridges.

Now, only 58 of the iconic structures remain.

The state of New Brunswick's famed covered bridges is "bleak," according to one conservation group."

I have noticed that Bruce Wark gives a lot of coverage to Megan Mitton Green MLA .. I have mentioned to him that censorship is a problem.. for myself as an example my Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spreaker, Vimeo, X, Twitter have been suspended.. is this happening to a lot of independant media creators? Most likely.

Its clearly a problem to have people interferring with the nefarious plans of Big Tech.. but the push-back is happening.. all across the world.

Justin Trudeau, Dominic Leblanc, Lenore Zann, Stephen Garvey, Bruce Wark, Indie Media - Politics in Canada

The New Wark Times, Bruce Wark's article here:

Liberal Dominic LeBlanc unable to campaign in Beauséjour while Trudeau focusses on neighbouring NS riding |

Interestingly, Bruce Wark was in Nova Scotia [shown below] to cover Justin Trudeau visit where he happily endorsed NDP MLA Lenore Zann as a Federal Liberal candidate [and she won the riding] and Wark stood next to Stephen Garvey with National Citizens Alliance party running in the same riding as Zann.. so why didn't Wark report on this new Federal party in 2019 being lead by Garvey from Alberta?

Stephen did interact with Green MP candidate Laura in Beausejour here:  Why Canada is a Mess

Laura lost and went on to move to a sweet NGO gig in Ottawa protecting rivers etc.

Stephen Garvey met with "Indie Media of Sackville" [in Saint John NB at the invitation of Ricardo Duchesne in May 2018] as the protestor said.. but who were the "Stonewall Pirates" ... and why did Garvey deny his awareness and connections with "Indie Media" ? Videos from the meet up in Saint John NB in 2018 are here on the Bitchute archives as the Youtube account was deleted/censored:

Whatever is going on there is def. an effort to suppress THE Indie Media Eastcoast content online:

Sarah #THEIndieMediaEastcoast on X: "Beausejour continues to be a Liberal stronghold for Dominic Leblanc after 25 years.. Stephen Garvey ran in Nova Scotia. . . maybe he should take on Dominic Leblanc instead? @sjgarvey just sayin.. #NBpoli #Beausejour https://t.co/d5qGuwPG7G" / X

Universities are notorious for pushing a "progressive" U.N. agenda and their useful idiot change agents such as Megan Mitton Green MLA was elected in 2018 with the help of her campaign manager NGO climate grifter Sabine Dietz.. [who is now running for Mayor of Tantramar in 2026]. God help us all.

Don't be fooled by her blue sign shown below.... you don't get much more green than Sabine.

Megan Mitton shown below at the Mount Allison University library event that did not feature the other candidates.

Amazingly, Mitton has managed to stay in the position of Green MLA for Tantramar since 2018.

MLA Megan Mitton on Facebook - Meet Up at the Holy Whale Beer Hall - with David Coon, Green Party Leader

Megan Mitton weighs in on a Tantramar energy project Bruce Wark reporting at this link:

Mayor, MLA, environmental expert question plan for big Tantramar gas plant |

A daffodil popped up in my garden this week and it brought me back to a meeting I had with the Canadian Cancer Society earlier in June and one of the topics we talked about: early prevention.
With beach days and summer sunshine in full swing, it’s a good time to remember how important sun safety is. Melanoma rates are highest here in Atlantic Canada. Please take care by wearing sunscreen, staying in the shade, and checking in on your skin. Make sure to enjoy the season and while looking out for each other!"

[ Daffodil's don't pop up in July ... ]

Megan the vaxx promoter is also a sunscreen promoter.. imagine that? More chemicals to harm.

Why is Green MLA Megan Mitton's Ally Arthur Taylor Hiding Behind a Private Facebook Group Identity?

What was Megan Mitton MLA's pledge to the group "NB Coalition for Transgender Rights"?

What did the written pledge say?

What is father Arthur Taylor hiding in the online private Facebook group?  Formerly with Occupy Fredericton over a decade ago there is a history of censorship with this fellow online.  I experienced it personally when attempting to communicate on Facebook years ago and was banned and bad mouthed directly by Arthur Taylor and other facilitators at Occupy Fredericton.  It is not the job of government to pay for, or promote, gender re-assignment treatments... its the governments job to provide healthcare and not harm the citizens of any age in this province.  Government is not obligated to get involved in surgeries on minors involving their genitals or breasts.. this should not be allowed.

More here:

Successes and shortfalls: Occupy movement in retrospect – NB Media Co-op (nbmediacoop.org)

[ it should also be noted that NB Media Co-Op is funded by the government of "Canada" and blocks me on Twitter.. I wonder why? ]

"Live in the pods.. eat the bugs"? No thanks.

"Sustainable living" should mean tiny house sheds.

Bruce Wark reports:

"The professors also seemed to agree that Green MLA Megan Mitton will likely win re-election in the new riding of Tantramar while Green leader David Coon will probably win in his new riding of Fredericton-Lincoln." - Bruce Wark
source:

Megan Mitton Green MLA is a strong supporter of the United Nations and W.H.O. and seems to be very popular in a town of university professors [Sackville N.B.] Mount Allison University promoted her on campus and had a rally for her and not a debate for all the candidates during one election which seems to mean they prefer her politics and prefer her policies.  Megan is anti-oil and gas; and pro-vaxx and face masks and lockdowns and mandates.  Megan is also pro-carbon tax .. which is wealth stripping.
Keep it all in mind when voting .. do you support and promote as your authority in your life the United Nations? Why?  Sackville New Brunswick flies the U.N. flag.
"Ruled by experts" is technocracy.. which is certainly what universities are promoting.. more at Patrick Wood's website:  http://technocracy.news

My message to Megan Mitton... Save the Humans if you are talking about Saving the Planet. Please.

Save the Humans by removing unlawful taxation!

McGill Megan Mitton - Green MLA Re-Offers for Tantramar in Provincial Election 2024

Megan the obediant coviet and much vaxxed face mask advocate receives a lot of support from the local academics and professors at Mount Allison University in Sackville New Brunswick.. the Tantramar riding has been Green for a few terms already.. will she hold on to her MLA seat?  Megan was the only candidate promoted on campus by the locals and appears to check all the progressive boxes while also garnering votes from visiting students which is a fair number of warm bodies.

Who is Trevor? Part of the green mafia downeast..

2023 Candidates - Green Party NB

"President - Trevor Pinsonneault

Biography

I have been actively involved with the Green Party, Provincially and Federally, since 2019. I identified with the values that the local candidates stood for and was drawn to their vision for the future. In the last 4 years I have volunteered as a door canvasser, phone canvasser, and scrutineer for various campaigns including Laura  Reinsborough (NB Federal - Beausejour), Megan Mitton (NB Provincial - Memramcook-Tantramar), Mike Morrice (ON Federal - Kitchener Centre) and Matt Richter (ON Provincial - Parry Sound-Muskoka). Outside of election cycles, I have been involved with the provincial council for the last 2 years as a councilor at large. In this capacity I have been involved with the Engagement Committee and lead the HR Committee. I am also involved locally with the Sackville Foodbank as a board member with a focus on its Food Delivery program. Outside of volunteering, I work in human resources focussing on recruitment, onboarding, engagement and employee relations. I reside in Sackville, part of the Memramcook-Tantramar riding, with my wife and son. I enjoy keeping active and am lucky enough to be able to run to views of the Bay of Fundy and back from my home.

Why I am running

While on council over the past two years, I appreciated being able to play a part in democracy and meeting New Brunswickers with common Green values. What I've enjoyed the most is working together with like-minded individuals to steer our party forward to more seats and an eventual Green government! I am running for president to continue and develop the great work that has been set in place by our outgoing president, Nicolas Jelic, as we quickly move towards the next provincial election in 2024.

Being president and being on council in general is not about making all the decisions. Being on council is about knowing each of our individual strengths and strengths as a team and using them to engage with members as a whole. Council will work best the more it is connected with our membership. There are many opportunities for Green members and voters to contribute to and be part of key conversations on, Justice.Equity.Diversity.Inclusion (J.E.D.I ), Youth participation, Fundraising, Policy and Governance. The functions of the council depend on ongoing and enhanced engagement with diverse Green members, both veteran and new, in order to reach our goals. The next 2 years will be busy with election prep, election time and post election. As president I would work closely with council, caucus, our executive director, staff and volunteers as a whole to ensure strengthened engagement at all levels."

Updated: Trans Rights Are Big Pharma Profits - Megan Mitton, Arthur Taylor, Occupy Movement, Fredericton, NB Coalition for Transgender Rights on Facebook

 Originally posted 11/25/2023

Read more here with advocate Rebecca:

Rebecca Jean Rogers on Facebook ...

Being trans is not easy these days. From people making fun of you on the streets, to people telling you to 41% yourself. Which for those of you who don't know is a reference to the attempted suicide rate among trans people. Although it is somewhat misleading. People calling you a groomer. Not to mention outright murder. That is what prompted me to write this, the murder of Brianna Ghey a 16 year old trans woman a couple of days ago. She was stabbed to death by two 16 year Olds for no better reason than she was trans.
I can take all the harassment that people want to throw at me. Even the 41% thing, although I am part of that statistic. What pisses me off is that people feel that they have the right to do these things. Especially murder. The last three years have been the three deadliest years for trans people, especially trans people of colour, being killed. And we are well on our way to another record year in 2023. We must not let this continued extermination of our people continue. We must fight to try and keep all people, but especially trans people, and especially trans people of colour safe from the admittedly few, but vocal and violent, who want to cause us harm."

News article here:

N.B. network launched to raise awareness of transgender rights | Country 94

8 March 2023 "A transgender woman has launched a new group in the hopes of stopping the hate.

Rebecca Rogers recently formed the Transgender Rights Action Network for New Brunswick.

They already have over 20 supporters but Rogers expects others, “I didn’t come out until I was 49. Having such an organization will help realise that it’s okay to come out and that they can live happy fulfilling lives.”

She says their hope is to raise awareness of transgender rights and also offer support, “There is a growing movement amongst right-wing people to attack transgender rights. I wanted to create an organization that would stop this in its tracks.”

They are planning to mark International Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31st, with an event outside Moncton City Hall.

Rogers adds they’ll also hold their first annual general meeting in April, and they are still looking for Board members.

One of the first initiatives for the Network is a petition promoting the right for transgender women to have the cost of breast augmentation covered by the province.

“Currently, the fees are covered for transgender men to have a mastectomy without paying out of pocket, but if transgender women want to have it done, they have to pay for it.”

More details about the Network can currently be found on its Facebook page. Rogers is hoping to launch a website for the organization in the future."
