This is replacement migration. Nothing less. Whether you replace your population out of humanitarian goals, or business/economic goals, the end result is the same: YOU REPLACE YOUR POPULATION. Arguing Liberal v.s. Conservative is like arguing Soros v.s. Koch. Pointless.
