Early life

Bancel was born in Marseille, France. His father and mother were an engineer and doctor, respectively. He enjoyed computers, math, and science during his childhood.^[3]

Bancel studied engineering at CentraleSupélec (former École Centrale Paris) and biological engineering at the University of Minnesota, earning master's degrees at both institutions.^[4] He went on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School.^[5]

Career

Bancel was a sales director at Eli Lilly and Company, eventually becoming head of operations for Belgium.^[5] In 2007, he became CEO of French diagnostics company BioMérieux, and was credited with improving the company's margins.^[5]

In 2011, Bancel joined Moderna as the CEO. Stat reported that Bancel led a highly secretive culture with little outside review of its science or research.^[5]

Personal life

Bancel has two children.^[6] In April 2020, with the Moderna share price rising on news of imminent phase 2 human trials for its potential COVID-19 vaccine, Bancel's stake of about 9% became worth over $1 billion.^[4] He lives in Boston, Massachusetts.^[2]"

My experience:  no one I know dead from covid19 and only 46 in New Brunswick after over a year - its not a pandemic... they're lying to us .. as for my family:  mother-in-law had Moderna vaxx and died.. so did her younger sister - forcibly in a care home - dead after the vaxx at 83.. and a friend in the UK in her 70s dead after the vaxx.. so this is a brutal culling of elders.. sadly.. people won't wake up because they trust in their governments and their 'medical authorities' to their own detriment.  Young people are more discerning; boomers will use the argument of for the greater good but the truth is simple:  your body; your choice. . . period.

Dr. David Martin and Kim methodically and accurately takes apart the phony story that Moderna and Pfizer are delivering vaccines. He reveals that Moderna admits that their patents say “gene therapy” not “vaccine.” They put a synthetic RNA fragment embedded into a fat carrier, whose only purpose is to lessen the symptoms associated with the S-1 spike protein, not the actual virus.

He proves by referencing the official definition of a vaccine that these are not vaccines. He says you cannot have a vaccine that doesn’t claim to result in either immunity or blocking transmission.

The WHO admits that with these shots don’t do any good. In a virtual press conference earlier this week, WHO chief scientist Soumya Swaminathan was specific: “I don’t believe we have the evidence on any of the vaccines to be confident that it’s going to prevent people from actually getting the infection and therefore being able to pass it on.” By their own patents and reference material, neither Pfizer nor Moderna claims this. Rather they only claim their devices are “gene therapy.”

If this isn’t a vaccine, why are they calling it a vaccine? To gain the broad immunity that only vaccines are given. The 1986 law on Vaccine liability provides an exclusion only for vaccine makers, not for gene therapy—so they would be liable. This is why states are keeping this state of emergency in place to help shield Moderna and Pfizer and the states themselves. The state of emergency maintains the illusion of vaccine shield.

He then explains from a legal view that Moderna and Pfizer qualifys as deceptive practices of making medical claims without clinic trial proof. 15 US Code, Section 41 of the Trade Commission act, is the law on deceptive practices.
